Having performed Yosakoi in the past, she brings a wealth of experience and energy to these sessions, offering a fun and relaxed way to get moving to the upbeat rhythms of this Japanese festival dance.

Yosakoi is all about joyful expression and community spirit, making it a perfect activity for those looking to try something new while connecting with others.

No prior experience is needed—just come with an open mind and a desire to enjoy yourself!

Meet Chelsea,
Your Fitness Instructor

Chelsea is a jack-of-all-trades, eager to try any activity. With over 8 years of experience in fitness instruction, she’s been a physical therapy technician, personal trainer, running coach, and group exercise instructor. Chelsea also practices martial arts and participates in social dance and Japan’s group dance style, yosakoi. She believes in healthy living and community involvement.
