Let's start the weekend right with our free/donation-based Zumba Fitness class every Friday! Staying active is essential for our physical and mental well-being, and what better way to do it than dancing to lively music with a supportive community? This class provides the perfect opportunity to keep fit, have fun, and make new friends.

Beginner Circuit Training Fitness Classes

Our Beginner Circuit Training Fitness Classes offer the perfect strength-cardio combo to burn calories, get your heart pumping, and boost your strength! Led by our member instructor, Chelsea, these sessions feature carefully designed interval training in a variety of formats and exercise choices to keep you engaged;

Beginner Team Fitness Classes

Beginner Team Fitness Class is a time to get fit and engaged in our community! This class focuses on partner and team-based exercise formats to deliver social based activities, promoting camaraderie between fellow members of our community! We will incorporate a variety of activities to facilitate conditioning, and multi-person challenges.

Meet Your Fitness Instructors

April Scales

After taking her first Zumba class in 2019 she immediately fell in love and became a Zumba instructor at Crunch Fitness in 2021. Her classes emphasize creating connection and having fun while engaging in a full-body dance workout. Outside of Zumba, April is currently a CMHC student at Tarleton. She enjoys events planning, boardgames, social dancing, art projects, trying new activities, and sharing mediocre dad jokes.

Chelsea Kilgore

Chelsea is a jack-of-all-trades, eager to try any activity. With over 8 years of experience in fitness instruction, sheโ€™s been a physical therapy technician, personal trainer, running coach, and group exercise instructor. Chelsea also practices martial arts and participates in social dance and Japanโ€™s group dance style, yosakoi. She believes in healthy living and community involvement.
