Looking for a fun, social way to stay active? Our Social Team Fitness Classes are free or donation-based. It offers team challenges, partner exercises, and collaborative activities. With proper warm-ups and restorative cool-downs, you’ll leave feeling accomplished and refreshed. It’s the perfect way to meet new people, get fit, and have a great time!

Meet Chelsea,
Your Fitness Instructor

Chelsea is a jack-of-all-trades, eager to try any activity. With over 8 years of experience in fitness instruction, she’s been a physical therapy technician, personal trainer, running coach, and group exercise instructor. Chelsea also practices martial arts and participates in social dance and Japan’s group dance style, yosakoi. She believes in healthy living and community involvement.
