Welcome to DFW Young & Social LLC! By attending any of our events, classes, or activities, participants automatically agree to the terms outlined in this Participation Policy and Waiver of Liability. Participation serves as implicit consent, ensuring all individuals are bound to these terms regardless of formal acknowledgment. This agreement ensures a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for everyone involved, including members, participants, and guests.

Implicit Agreement: Participation in any DFW Young & Social LLC activity, event, or use of its services serves as implicit consent to these terms. A formal membership or signature is not required. Attendance alone confirms agreement to this policy. For participants registered in our internal system, a signed version of this agreement can be requested and will be made available for download via their account portal or by contacting us directly at info@dfwyas.com. Signed copies will typically be provided within 2-3 business days. However, failure to sign does not absolve participants of their agreement to these terms.

Code of Conduct

To maintain a positive and welcoming community, all participants must:

• Be Respectful: Treat all individuals with kindness and respect. Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

• Prioritize Safety: Ensure your safety and the safety of others. Report any unsafe behavior or situations to the Managing Partners immediately.

• Act Responsibly:

• Consume alcohol responsibly if applicable.

• Comply with all event-specific rules and legal requirements.

• Respect Privacy: Do not share others' personal information without explicit consent.

• Avoid Unsolicited Promotions: Personal advertising, solicitation, or promotion of external events is not allowed without prior approval from the Managing Partners.

• Follow Event Guidelines: Adhere to any specific rules communicated during events to ensure safety and enjoyment for all.

Failure to follow these policies may result in removal from events and exclusion from future participation without refund.

Release and Waiver of Liability

By attending any DFW Young & Social LLC event, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in events, classes, and activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, physical strain, and unforeseen incidents. Participants voluntarily assume all associated risks.

• Release of Liability: Participants release DFW Young & Social LLC, its owners, staff, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, and damages, including bodily injury, property damage, or financial losses arising from participation in any event or activity.

• Medical Responsibility: DFW Young & Social LLC does not provide medical treatment or insurance coverage. In case of an emergency, participants authorize DFW Young & Social LLC to seek necessary medical care. All associated medical costs are the participant's sole responsibility.

Marketing and Media Release

By participating in DFW Young & Social LLC events, participants consent to:

• Photography and Videography: DFW Young & Social LLC may take photographs, videos, or recordings during events. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.

• Communications: Contact information may be used for event updates, promotional communications, and related announcements.

Consent to this release is required for participation. If participants prefer not to appear in event materials, they may notify organizers; however, complete avoidance cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

• All event fees, class passes, and admissions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be granted solely at the discretion of the Managing Partners.

Final Terms

1. Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

2. Severability: If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect.

3. Implicit Agreement: Attendance and participation in any DFW Young & Social LLC event serve as acceptance of these policies in their entirety. For participants registered in our system, a signed version of this agreement will be made available for download upon request. Lack of a signature does not exempt participants from adherence to this agreement.
