DFW Young & Social Leadership

Alexi Noble

Founder, Managing Partner

A student of human nature, Alexi is fascinated by the unspoken “rules” of social interaction. She loves designing events that work with the way we work, to make connection easy.

Since the creation of her first social club in Los Angeles in 2015, Alexi has hosted over 100 events of all shapes and sizes. Above all, her passion is for fostering genuine connection and inspiring joy in everything life has to offer.

A dedicated social dancer since the age of 14, Alexi began her professional dance career in 2016. She has studied under Natalia Lind, Michael Kuka, Mireille Gineste, and Diane Jarmolow (among others) and taught thousands of students to dance. A professional performer as well as a teacher, she is knowledgeable in over twenty styles of social dance. She has a special soft spot for working with beginners, and witnessing their joy in self-discovery!

Marco Panama

Co-Owner, Managing Partner

My world has always revolved around one primary thing, making meaningful connections. From my early days leading at Southwest Airlines to mentoring the next generation of leaders at Ericsson, I've always been driven to foster growth, leadership, and a sense of community. This mindset inspired by the philosophy known as Optimistic Nihilism, which I stumbled upon through a Kurzgesagt video. It gave me a profound perspective: our experiences and the meanings we assign to them are what truly matter. It’s a belief that life, in all its fleeting beauty, is to be savored through every sunrise, meal shared, book devoured, and moment spent in laughter and connection. I'm a passionate cook, a filmmaker at heart, an anime enthusiast, and yes, a proud Swiftie. These aren't just hobbies; they're extensions of my belief that life's richness comes from what we create, share, and enjoy.

To current and future members, and to anyone who’s ever been curious about what we do, I invite you to join us. Whether it’s through the simple joy of a shared meal, the thrill of a new dance step, or the warmth of new friendships, I'm here to remind you that we’re all part of something much bigger. Let's make our time in this universe count, together.
