Venue Amenities


Large Room: 2300 sqft with true floating floors, accommodating 150 seated guests or 200 standing.

Lobby: 1300 sqft with high-end furniture and seating for 30.

Side Lobby: 150 sqft open air space located in the corner of the Lobby, can accommodate 10-15 people seated

Small Room: 160 Sqft, private room on opposite side of club that can accommodate 10-15 people seated

Arcade Room: Featuring 5 arcade cabinets and a digital pinball machine.

Pool Room: Equipped with a full-size 7' pool table.

We're delighted to offer our active members the exclusive opportunity to host their own events in our spaces. This unique perk is designed to enhance the value of your membership and foster a vibrant community. Here’s what you need to know:

Exclusive Member Benefits

  • Eligibility: Rental privileges are exclusively available to active members in good standing, offering a unique perk to our community members. Temporary membership is available; reach out to us utilizing the form above for more information.

  • Guest Policy: Non-member guests are welcome at your events, with the member host responsible for their guests’ conduct.

Booking Process

  • Reservation: Bookings can be made by contacting the Managing Partners via info@dfwyas.com, in person, or utilizing the Form above.

Financials

  • Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with full payment due on the event day.

  • Damage Policy: Members are responsible for any damages. An inspection post-event will determine any charges for repairs.

On-Site Support

  • DFW Young & Social Supervision: A representative from our team will be present for venue opening and periodic check-ins to ensure adherence to our community standards and facility care.
