Pricing & Rental Options


  • Full Facility Rental
    $200/hour โ€” 2-hour minimum
    Includes: ballroom, lobby lounges, arcade area, pool room, private side room, tables, chairs, and A/V equipment.
    Best for larger events or full venue buyouts.

  • Ballroom Only (with tables & chairs)
    $120/hour โ€” 2-hour minimum
    Includes A/V equipment, banquet tables, chairs, and open space with floating dance floor.
    Great for receptions, workshops, or semi-formal events.

  • Ballroom Only (without tables & chairs)
    $80/hour โ€” No minimum
    Includes A/V equipment and open space with wall-side seating.
    Ideal for fitness classes, dance practices, and casual gatherings.

Venue Amenities


All rentals include:

  • Floating dance floor in the main ballroom

  • Integrated A/V equipment (projector, sound system, and microphones)

Additional amenities included with certain rentals and/or for an additional fee:

  • Arcade lounge with 7 classic cabinets

  • Billiards room (convertible to conference space)

  • Rolling TVs and whiteboards

  • Table tennis

  • Popcorn machine

  • Chairs, tables, and linens

Rental Guidelines


Booking Process

  • Reservation: Bookings can be made by contacting the Managing Partners via info@dfwyas.com, in person, or utilizing the Form below.

Financials

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with full payment due the day before the event.

  • Damage Policy: Renters are responsible for any damages. An inspection post-event will determine any charges for repairs.

On-Site Support

  • DFW Young & Social Supervision: A representative from our team will be present for venue opening and periodic check-ins to ensure adherence to our community standards and facility care.
