Beginner Team Fitness Classes is a time to both get fit and get engaged in our community! This class focuses on partner and team-based exercise formats which will deliver not only the fitness, but also the fun—all while getting to know other members of our vibrant community! This class will incorporate not only a variety of activities and fitness equipment to facilitate conditioning, but also multi-person challenges to foster camaraderie.

Your Fitness Instructor

Chelsea is a jack-of-all-trades, eager to try any activity. With over 8 years of experience in fitness instruction, she’s been a physical therapy technician, personal trainer, running coach, and group exercise instructor. Chelsea also practices martial arts and participates in social dance and Japan’s group dance style, yosakoi. She believes in healthy living and community involvement.
