Welcome to DFW Young & Social LLC, herein referred to as “DFWYAS.” By subscribing to our membership, and or purchasing a Dance Class Pass you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the provision and use of DFWYAS membership services and benefits as detailed on our website, www.dfwyas.com.

Article I: Legacy Membership Subscription and Benefits

DFWYAS offers various membership tiers, each with a unique set of benefits designed to enhance your social and event participation experience. Detailed information about the benefits associated with each membership level can be found on our website at www.dfwyas.com/memberships

Article II: Legacy Membership Payment and Billing Terms

2.1 Monthly Memberships Automatic Renewal: Monthly Memberships are due on a monthly basis based on the purchase date and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

2.2 Charges for Additional Services: Any services availed beyond the scope of the membership benefits will be charged at the time of service. DFWYAS commits to not charging any additional fees beyond the membership fee without explicit authorization for specific services rendered.

3.0 Modifications to Legacy Membership

3.1 Membership Upgrades: Members may upgrade their membership tier at any time by contacting DFWYAS directly to the new Monthly Members in Article VIII.. The full difference in cost between the current and desired tier will be charged upon upgrade. DFWYAS reserves the right to modify these upgrade terms as needed.

3.2 Cancellations:
Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time. No prorated refunds will be provided for cancellations made mid-month. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and members will continue to have access to all membership benefits until that time. No additional charges will be incurred after the cancellation has been processed, but any outstanding balances must be settled before the termination is complete.

3.3 Multi-Pack and Dance Class Saving Bundles Cancellations:
Multi-Pack and Dance Class Saving Bundle are non-refundable and non-transferable. DFWYAS reserves the right to make special arrangements for a full refund under extraneous circumstances and may deny refunds if any event or membership policy is broken by the purchaser.

3.4 Event and Class Refunds:
Event and class admissions are non-refundable and non-transferable. DFWYAS reserves the right to make special arrangements for a full refund under extraneous circumstances and may deny refunds if any event or membership policy is broken by the purchaser.

Article IV: Member Conduct and Policies

Members are expected to adhere to the DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL Member Policy and Participant Release & Waiver of Liability, which outlines expected behaviors and community standards. Violation of these policies may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

Article V: Release and Waiver of Liability

By subscribing to a DFWYAS membership, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in the DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL Member Policy and Participant Release & Waiver of Liability. This waiver covers all participation in events and activities associated with DFWYAS membership.

Article VI: Member Event Space Rental Policy

DFW Young & Social LLC offers the exclusive privilege to our active members who are in good standing to reserve space for events. The following guidelines apply to such reservations:

6.1  Member-Exclusive Reservation: Only active members in good standing of DFW Young & Social are eligible to reserve event spaces. These reservations are intended as an additional offering and perk that provide additional value to being a member.

6.2  Reservation Process: All space reservations must be made directly through the Managing Partners of DFW Young & Social at info@dfwyas.com or in person. Members are required to communicate their event details and requirements clearly during the reservation process.

6.3  Guest Policy: Guests of the members hosting the event are not required to be members of DFW Young & Social. However, the hosting member assumes full responsibility for the conduct and actions of their guests during the event.

6.4  Deposit and Payment Requirements: A valid credit card must be kept on file at the time of reservation. A 25% deposit of the total reservation cost is required to secure the event space. The remaining balance of the event cost must be paid in full no later than the day of the event.

6.5  Damage Responsibility: The member reserving the event space will be held accountable for any damages incurred during their event. A thorough inspection will be conducted post-event, and any damages identified will be invoiced to the responsible member. The member will have a 3-day grace period to reimburse DFW Young & Social LLC for the repair costs. If the reimbursement is not received within this period, the credit card on file will be charged to cover the cost of the damages.

6.6  DFW Young & Social Event Supervision: As part of our commitment to maintaining the integrity and safety of our facilities, a DFW Young & Social representative will be required to open the venue for any member-organized event and will conduct check-ins at various times during the event. These check-ins may be conducted either in person or via live video feed, depending on the circumstances. This approach guarantees adherence to facility usage guidelines, the safety and well-being of attendees, and the proper care of the venue. The presence of our representative is integral to providing support and ensuring that all activities during the event align with DFW Young & Social's standards and policies.

Article VII: Legacy Membership Additional Benefits

7.1 $15 Event/Class Credit: Members will be entitled to receive a fifteen-dollar ($15.00) credit, which can be utilized towards any event or class offered by DFW Young & Social. The credit will be applied at the time of registration or purchase and is non-transferable and non-refundable. Members must have an active subscription to redeem this credit, and it cannot be accumulated or carried over to subsequent billing cycles. This credit does not hold any cash value and any unused credits will expire at the end of the membership period.

7.2 Free Guest Passes: Silver and Bronze Tiered Members will receive a pre-determined allotment of guest passes, each equivalent to an Event/Class Credit with a maximum value of fifteen dollars ($15.00). This benefit allows members to extend the DFW Young & Social experience to their friends and family, enabling guests to participate in events and classes and providing them with an introduction to our vibrant community. The guest passes are subject to availability and must be used within the membership period. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests adhere to all event policies and guidelines.

7.3 Member and Event Perks: Members are eligible for various perks at different events, which may include, but are not limited to, free access to specific events, complimentary activity packs, and other exclusive benefits as determined by DFW Young & Social. These perks are designed to enhance the member experience by providing additional value and unique opportunities at our events. The specific perks available at each event will be communicated in advance and are subject to change based on availability and event programming. Members must have an active subscription to access these perks, and they are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any misuse or abuse of these benefits may result in the forfeiture of membership privileges.

7.4 Discount off Building Space Rentals: As part of the membership benefits, members receive a discount on renting building spaces for their events, available if their membership is active. This perk facilitates members in hosting their own gatherings, fostering a sense of community, and belonging. For more details review section 6 or reach out to us at info@dfwyas.com

7.5 Class Passes Don't Expire: Active members enjoy the privilege of non-expiring class passes, ensuring they can attend classes at their own pace. Upon cancellation or non-renewal of membership, members are presented with two options regarding their remaining class passes. They can either initiate a 30-day timer to use the remaining passes at the original rate or opt for a refund based on the original a-la-carte price (minus any used classes at the non-discounted rate), adjusted for any associated fees. This policy is designed to provide flexibility and value, accommodating various member needs and circumstances.

7.6 Private Lesson Discount: All active subscribed members of DFW Young & Social are entitled to a discount of ten dollars ($10.00) on the standard rate of all private lessons offered. This discount is applicable per hour and is intended to make personalized instruction more accessible and financially feasible for our members. The discounted rate will be applied at the time of payment, provided the member's subscription is active and in good standing. This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers and is non-transferable. Members must schedule private lessons in advance, and availability is subject to the instructor’s schedule.

7.7 Free DFW Young & Social T-Shirt Upon subscribing to a new membership, members are eligible to receive one (1) complimentary DFW Young & Social T-shirt as a one-time introductory perk. This benefit is strictly limited to new members upon their initial subscription. Members who choose to cancel their membership and subsequently renew at a later date will not qualify for an additional complimentary T-shirt. The T-shirt design, size availability, and distribution method will be determined at the sole discretion of DFW Young & Social. Delivery of the item will take 2-3 weeks for processing and handling.

7.8 Free DFW Young & Social Swag Bag New members of DFW Young & Social are entitled to receive one (1) complimentary Swag Bag, which include a t-shirt, Glass Cup with Bamboo Straw, and Cap, as a welcome gift. This Swag Bag includes a selection of branded items and promotional materials, curated to enhance the member experience. This benefit is offered as a one-time incentive for new subscribers only. Members who cancel their membership and later re-subscribe will not be eligible to receive another Swag Bag. The contents and availability of the Swag Bag are subject to change based on inventory and promotional considerations. Delivery of the item will take 2-3 weeks for processing and handling.

7.9 Free T-Shirt with New Designs Active members on a gold plan are eligible to receive one (1) complimentary T-shirt each time a new design is introduced and made available for purchase or pre-order. This benefit is intended to reward members for their ongoing support and engagement with the community. The complimentary T-shirt will be provided once per new design cycle, regardless of the number of new designs released simultaneously. The specific brand, style, and availability of T-shirts will vary based on supply chain considerations and cost factors. Members must have an active subscription at the time of the new design release to qualify for this benefit.

Article VIII: Monthly Memberships of Bronze, Silver, and Gold

DFWYAS introduces the "Monthly Memberships of Bronze, Silver, and Gold," a check-in-only model where each tier gives you a set number of check-in is available for any event priced at $15 or lower. There is no cash value to the check-in, and any difference in amount per event will not be given.

Electronic Acceptance

This Agreement is accepted electronically by the member upon subscription to a DFWYAS membership plan. No physical signature is required; continuation of membership constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future amendments.
