Member Agreement:

I acknowledge and agree to abide by the Member Policy and Waiver of Liability set by DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC as part of my participation in their events and activities.

Consequences: Non-compliance with these guidelines may lead to consequences ranging from warnings to suspension or expulsion from DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC, at the discretion of our team.

Agreement and Implicit Consent: By engaging in any activities or events organized by DFW Young & Social LLC, members and attendees are automatically bound by the Member Policy as detailed below. While we will endeavor to provide each member with a personalized signed copy of this agreement for their records, the lack of a physical signature does not diminish the effectiveness or enforceability of these rules. Simply by participating in our events, utilizing our services, or being present in our community spaces, individuals acknowledge and accept these guidelines. This policy remains fully applicable and enforceable for all participants, signed agreement or not.

Note: This Member Policy is subject to periodic reviews and revisions. Members are encouraged to stay informed of any changes.

Participant Release & Waiver of Liability:

Release: I hereby release DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC and their directors, owners, students, teachers, staff, employees, volunteers, and associates from any liability or claim arising from my participation. This includes any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property loss or damage. I voluntarily release and forever discharge and hold harmless DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC from any and all claims or demands for damages, loss of services, costs and expenses, injuries, attorney fees, and any other call for reparation from any and all injury to me or my property arising in any way from my participation in dance classes, fitness classes, art classes, events, workshops, performances, networking/social events, parties, the use of equipment or facilities where any and all activities are associated with DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC.

All events, classes, workshops, and activities that are hosted, managed, and executed by DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC will sometimes require hand-on instruction as well as verbal instruction. Directors, owners, teachers, staff, volunteers, and associates of DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC may need to physically or verbally correct members actions. I acknowledge that this is common standard practice and understand that it is my responsibility to communicate clearly if any form of touch is unacceptable to me.

Risks: I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated arising out of, and inherent to all events, classes, workshops, and activities that are hosted, managed and executed by DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC. These risks include the potential for slips and falls, sprains, strains, dislocations, soft tissue injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, podiatric conditions, and other risks not specified here. 

Understanding these risks and the potential for others not listed, I agree to personally accept and assume all of the risks present in my participation at DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC. My participation at DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC is entirely voluntary, and I choose to participate in spite of the risks. 

Medical Treatment and Insurance: I understand that DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial or other assistance in the event of injury or illness, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability insurance or support. 

I authorize DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC to obtain necessary medical or dental treatment, including first aid, ambulance transport, hospitalization, or such other care necessary for my health and welfare in an emergency. If my insurance does not cover emergency treatment that is deemed necessary and sought for me by DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC, I agree to be responsible for and pay all costs incurred on my behalf. 

I release and discharge DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC from any claim which may arise on account of any first aid, treatment, or service rendered in connection with my participation in DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC activities or with the decision by any representative or agent of DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC to consent to medical or dental treatment on my behalf in an emergency. 

I understand that DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC does not carry or maintain health, medical, dental, or disability insurance coverage for any participant. I agree to take responsibility for full payment of any emergency medical or dental costs related to my DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC participation regardless of whether I have insurance coverage. 

Marketing Release: By participating events, classes, workshops, and activities that are hosted, managed, and executed by DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC, I grant consent for the release and utilization of my email address by DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC and its affiliated entities for marketing and promotional endeavors, allowing us to communicate pertinent information, updates, and offerings directly to me.

Photographic Release: I understand that DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC may take photo and video recordings of me during my participation in DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC classes and activities. I convey to DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC full rights and interest in these recordings. I understand such recordings may be used in advertising or other published materials, physical or virtual. 

If I do NOT consent to being photographed or video recorded, I will make sure the Managing Partners of DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC are aware of my concerns and the reasons for them, I will be proactive about avoiding being photographed or recorded, and I will hold DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC harmless if a photo or video recording of me is released despite all precautions. I understand that this choice may limit my participation that are routinely photographed and/or videotaped. 

If I file a lawsuit against DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC, I agree to do so solely in the state of Texas and agree that the substantive law of Texas DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules of that state. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining document shall remain in full force and effect. 

DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC Member Policy:

At DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC, our commitment is to foster a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable community for all members. This Member Policy is enforced to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved. Violation of these policies may result in suspension or termination of membership, event fees, and class passes without refund.

1. Respect and Kindness: Every member is expected to treat others with respect and kindness. Bullying, discrimination, or harassment in any form will not be tolerated.

2. Inclusivity: We embrace and celebrate diversity. Our community welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, promoting an inclusive environment where differences are respected.

3. Safety: Members should prioritize their own well-being and that of others, whether at events, online, or in any interaction. Unsafe situations should be immediately reported to the managing partners of DFW Young & Social LLC.

4. Responsible Behavior: We expect members to consume alcohol responsibly and maintain conduct within legal boundaries during our events.

5. Communication: Open, respectful, and effective communication is crucial. Members are encouraged to reach out to our team with any concerns or constructive feedback.

6. Privacy: Respect for personal privacy is paramount. Sharing personal information without consent is prohibited.

7. Event Rules: Members are required to adhere to the rules and guidelines set by event organizers to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment.

8. No Solicitations: Unsolicited promotion or solicitation of products or services, including unaffiliated events, is not permitted. External events require approval from DFW YOUNG & SOCIAL LLC Managing Partners Alexi and Marco.

9. Respectful Interactions: Overt flirting, unsolicited romantic messaging, and other similar behaviors that can make members uncomfortable are strictly prohibited. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards such actions.

To ensure the safety, inclusivity, and integrity of our community, DFW Young & Social LLC extends the application of our Member Policy beyond the confines of our events. Should a member violate our policy in external settings in a manner that affects the community, and we become aware of it, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. Furthermore, while we strive for fairness, we do not require formal proof to make decisions regarding policy violations. All final determinations regarding membership status and policy enforcement rest solely with the DFW Young & Social LLC team, upholding our commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all members.

Refund Policy:

At DFW Young & Social, we do not offer refunds for any of our products or services. This includes all types of passes, admissions, classes, multi-packs, and any future offerings. DFW Young & Social reserves the right to make special arrangements for a full refund under extraneous circumstances and may deny refunds if any event or membership policy is broken by the purchaser.

Non-Transferable: All items purchased are non-transferable and can only be used by the member who purchased them.
