Let us explore the Waltz! Classy, romantic, beautiful, and expressive, the Waltz is my personal top favorite dance style, and one of the most iconic "staple" dances to have in your pocket!
If you've never ballroom danced before, or if you don't feel confident about your steps yet, don't worry—this class is designed so that you can drop in comfortably even if you haven't joined us before. Each class covers new material, and it's all beginner friendly!
You don’t have to bring a partner! We rotate throughout the class, so everyone gets plenty of opportunities to dance and meet new people.

What to Wear:
Clothing:
There's no formal dress code, but wear something you feel comfortable moving in! Women often wear blouses and slacks, or dresses (if the skirt flares, or is extra short, I recommend shorts underneath!) Men often wear button-downs and slacks. Dress up if you like, no pressure if you don't!
Shoes:
Smooth-soled shoes are best. Comfortable dress shoes often work well for men, but something like keds is a pretty good option. Women often wear heels; however, unless it has an ankle strap and sturdy heel, I wouldn't recommend it. Character shoes are perfect!
Avoid: Anything with heavy tread, flip flops, sandals, stilettos, slingbacks, and platforms
