Looking for a fun, approachable way to get moving and connect with others? Our Social Team Fitness Classes are designed to help you stay active while having a great time—no matter your fitness level. Led by our dynamic instructor Chelsea, these free classes combine exercise with a gamified twist to make movement feel fresh and fun.
Here’s what to expect:
Team Challenges: Work in pairs, trios, or larger groups for engaging activities that keep everyone involved.
Creative Workouts: Dice rolls, friendly competitions, and surprise tasks keep every session exciting and unique.
Warm-Ups & Cool-Downs: Start strong and finish refreshed with proper stretches and restorative movements.

The event is free to attend, but we appreciate and recommend a $5 donation to help cover the cost of the instructor and facility expenses for this event.
