This month, we'll be exploring BOTH Beginner Waltz and Beginner East Coast Swing! We'll start with our Waltz class for the first hour, and then switch to Swing for the next. Join us for either, or both, and get to know your new friends while learning a fun skill!
If you've never danced before, or if you don't feel confident about your steps yet, don't worry—this class is designed so that you can drop in comfortably even if you haven't joined us before. Each class covers new material, and it's all beginner friendly!
You don’t have to bring a partner! We rotate throughout the class, so everyone gets plenty of opportunities to dance and meet new people.
All new people dancing the followers role get 50% off their first class. Purchase must be made in person during check in.

All participants will need to either sign waivers before taking part in the event or purchase their ticket on Eventbrite and accept the terms electronically. Click here to learn more.

What to Wear:
Clothing:
There's no formal dress code, but wear something you feel comfortable moving in! Women often wear blouses and slacks, or dresses (if the skirt flares, or is extra short, I recommend shorts underneath!) Men often wear button-downs and slacks. Dress up if you like, no pressure if you don't!
Shoes:
Smooth-soled shoes are best. Comfortable dress shoes often work well for men, but something like keds is a pretty good option. Women often wear heels; however, unless it has an ankle strap and sturdy heel, I wouldn't recommend it. Character shoes are perfect!
Avoid: Anything with heavy tread, flip flops, sandals, stilettos, slingbacks, and platforms
