Hello everyone! We hope you're staying cool this summer. As always, we provide these updates as our dedication and duty to be as transparent as possible. While this may look like a lot of updates over the past 6 months, it's important we find the right rhythm as we continue to grow.

Addition of Class/Event Multi-Packs

We've heard your feedback and understand the desire to attend more classes and events at an affordable price. While our prices are already low, we know everyone is feeling the pinch from inflation. It's our duty as an organization and community to ensure everyone has equal opportunities to engage in our activities. That's why we're excited to roll out our new Class/Event Multi-Packs!

These packs are available in bulk options of 3, 6, and 10, offering great value and flexibility. Each pack comes with a 6-month expiration date, giving you plenty of time to use them across different events. Please note that all passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, though Marco & Alexi reserve the right to make exceptions. We hope these packs make it easier for you to join us more often and enjoy everything we have to offer.

Monthly Membership (MAJOR CHANGES)

And yes, hopefully, this will be the last time! We've heard your feedback about our memberships not providing enough value. Trust me, I felt the same way but couldn't think of a better model—until now! With the addition of new fitness classes, more dance classes, and 4-8 crafting classes monthly (with more on the horizon), we can now offer a revamped membership model.

The new monthly memberships are:

• Bronze: 10 classes for $100 monthly (10 per class/event)

• Silver: 15 classes for $135 monthly (9 per class/event)

• Gold: 20 classes for $160 monthly (8 per class/event)

Classes are based on the date of purchase and will be valid for one month from that date. You may cancel at any time, but the cancellation will only take effect in the following billing cycle—no prorated refunds. Previous members will be grandfathered in with their current memberships as legacy memberships, which will remain active as long as they aren't canceled or transferred over.

New DFWYAS Discord Moderator

Give a warm and familiar welcome to our newest Moderator, Michelle! She has been a long-time member and our dedicated Crochet Instructor. She has shown that she has a large amount of competence (significantly more than I do) on running and expanding a Discord Server. Michelle has already shown great progress but creating truly wonderful emoji’s that are specific to DFW Young & Social. I am excited to see how the server grows under her leadership!

Wow, it's been 2 years since we started, and what a journey it's been! We've grown from hosting a single hangout a month to offering over 50 classes, socials, and events monthly. This wouldn't have been possible without your enthusiasm and support. Each one of you has played a part in building this incredible community, and we couldn't be more grateful.
